This popped on my timeline, so I decided to share it here.

“I traveled to Dingess, West Virginia, deep in the Appalachian Mountains, to find out whether racism still exists in one of the most isolated poorest white towns in America, people thought it would zinc or harrison in arkansas but no it was in west virginia.

What I found was more complex than headlines suggest. We will be making documentaries similar to the amazing creatives yes theory moving forward.

This is a raw, unfiltered journey through a place many would never visit. I spoke with locals — including self-described hillbillies — to hear their side of the story and understand what life looks like in forgotten parts of the country.”

Some of the key points addressed in the documentary, I elaborated on here:

“Couple sentenced to hundreds of years in prison for forcing adopted Black children to work as 'slaves'

“Also known as “Bloody Mingo”, this area is filled with tragedies, hauntings, and many dark secrets.

The Dingess Tunnel has been called "America's Bloodiest Tunnel" due to stories from the late 1800s/early 1900s of immigrant and African-American coal miners and railroad employees being murdered while traveling through the tunnel.

This tunnel is a single lane tunnel which is over a mile long and was previously used specifically for trains to travel through. This is one of the most haunted and dangerous places in America and we strongly encourage that you never explore this area alone!”
