I read that letter and even if that part is true he also mentioned that by refusing to do scenes with black men these women are fukking up careers and financial situations for them, which to be fair is a good point.

It is a very good point and it is a problem for them. White women in the industry can just abstain from doing IR porn until they are absolutely desperate and then cash in without any losses while a BM or BW could just be left out to dry without work for long periods of time because of it. This stems from the lack of proper black companies on the level of the other big companies to constantly employ them in movies.
