It's great when white folk recognize their privilege and actually do something about it. It's not up to us to fix racism. It's up to white folks to stop being racist.
Truth is black folk can fight, scream and protest all they want but racist folks still aren't gonna respect you. They'll just do enough so that it benefits them, like appeasing a child. The mindset and the system needs to change.
