The blond producer also took the DNA test, and she came out 19% african (saw more of the video in another thread). It would make sense that a good chunk would turn out african since human population was so small before branching out of Africa.

No, DNA tests on whites has already been done.. I'm starting to think the dude's test result might be an error too b/c most whites don't have any black DNA outside places like the American South. And even then it's constrained b/c black DNA tends to change white phenotype too much on a straight 50/50 basis for whites to be happy with it. What happens is that the mixed people are biased towards black race-ness because the whites think "one drop of dirty water in a vat of clean makes the whole thing worthless". But then whites take back mixed people when they begin to look whiter (ie. things like blue eyes, light skin, aquiline nose, etc) or else show other signs of white raceness. That's why I think some whites in the South have black DNA. It's a very complicated issue.

Also, Cobb created this publicity. There's no way this would gain national attention if he hadn't. This "town" is barely one city block in the middle of nowhere, ND.
He could've come in and taken over the town quietly and raised no eyebrows. He obviously want to do more than that.
