First off, fukk cacplex
With that said, it is being reported that Wal-Mart has made the decision to pull Rick Ross' "Black Market" album because of his Trump assassination lyrics in his song, "Free Enterprise."
"Journalist and media analyst Mark Dice took offense to Rozay’s line about Donald Trump on “Free Enterprise.” He raps, “Assassinate Trump like I’m Zimmerman / Now accept these words as they came from Eminem.”
In the video below, Dice reveals that he called all major retailers (Walmart, Amazon, Target, iTunes and more) to file a complaint. He argues that Ross’ album is inappropriate, especially if Ross is saying he’ll kill a presidential candidate. He says that most of these retailers celebrated a victory when they pulled the Dukes of Hazzard toy due to its association with the Confederate flag.
So far, Walmart seems to be the only one who has pulled Ross’ album. Our news editor, Edwin Ortiz, called the Walmart in Secaucus, New Jersey to see if they had any in stock. They didn’t.
However, the other retailers Dice mentioned still have Black Market up for sale, including iTunes.
Ross and Walmart have yet to release an official statement."
Now, Wal-Mart as a private business has the right to dictate what it sells and what it won't sell.
But this is another example of black people being censored.
The irony is Ross was rapping about a guy that has repeatedly made derogatory remarks about black people, latinos, muslims, women, and mentally challenged individuals. :smugtrump: What Rozay rapped about is no worse than what we hear in everyday rap. The only difference is that Trump was the target.
White supremacy has been working overtime to censor black people and hurting our pockets while protecting those of whites.
Y'all know what it is.
