I do not care for dogs but that was totally unnecessary. Plenty of people find animals and care for them even nursing them back to health. Lots of compassionate animal lovers.
Cop should be fired and never hold a badge again. Stiff consequences.

Just goes to show you white people care about dogs more than Black people.
