But for real tho, this pettiness shown by whites is a sign of insecurity, immaturity, and ignorance. They retaliate on this level because they don't want to address the lack of diversity in the history books or classes. They feel threatened when any other group does something for themselves because their ego can't stand to be left out or ignored. This is why I love ignoring white folks thirst for attention and acknowledgement.

When white trolls ask you a question or say something stupid, ignore them. You are not getting paid to educate them on their ignorance. They are already on the internet, Google is in the address bar now. You dont even have to type in Google.com. Some devices you just have to say "Ok Google" or ask Siri.

Try it and you'll feel so much better.

Actually I think their attention whoring is good in this instance. One of the biggest obstacles society faces regarding race is open dialogue along with understanding and empathy. Young whites being educated on their privilege can go a long way in improving race relations and equality. I'll use myself as an example in that I'm not a fan of feminism, however reading up on it for the past couple of years has me more attentive towards my interactions with women. Truth be told I was quite ignorant on what they were dealing with. I think the same enlightenment can be accomplished with initiatives like the subject of this thread. I think the opposite can improve race relations as well with Black people understanding where whites are coming from. Right now people talk at one another instead of with one another.

In a better world all of that shyt is likely.... in this world...
