Nigerian-Cameroonian pop star, Dencia, recently launched her own skin care line - Whitenicious. Within days, it sold out. Yes, this is real life.:mjpls:

I wonder if most dark skin women could lighten their skin tone would they? Im afraid that the majority would. I blame this on the one drop rule and including light skin people in our race . It creates self hate and comparing yourself to someone who you think is apart of your race, but really they are different.

All that with living in a white dominated society where light skin is viewed as more attractive can be hard for women and men Vybz Cartel ,Sammy Sosa for examples.

Before we start throwing fireballs at africans lets be real, if beyonce, rhianna,or nicki minaj dropped a skin bleaching cream it would sell out here too. Self Hate is sad and disgusting.
I say let em... its never a happy ending destroying melanin.
Yet at the same time, it does wither out the self hating c00ns... i say let em, god damn it.:yeshrug:
