Blacks, especially black men always have to be on our best behavior. I've seen whites dudes say some crazy, off the wall shyt on the clock and no one bats an eye. I can't even merely (verbally) defend myself without getting written up or sent to HR. It's even worse when c00n ass nikkas fall in line w/ the status quo and throw you under the bus. I asked the MOD's a while back about creating like a directory for black business to post applications but fell on deaf ears. To answer your question brother I honestly don't know.

Any energy a black man shows is considered ‘aggressive’

Complaining isn’t enough. We actually have to do things and build for ourselves

Issue is that black people have been traumatized and indoctrinated to believe they are worthless.

So black people who want to create a new way for black people to succeed may not get supported.. by black people.

It’s a vicious cycle. Divide and conquer and cacs stay in charge
