And now he's made cliffhanger/gotcha moments a regular thing. Any decent writer will tell you that's what happens when you run out of ideas. How can you call it a season finale when nothing was resolved?

These dudes are completely out of touch with the viewers. Not to mention having that huge circle jerk fest called Talking Dead doesn't help either.

Reading through this thread I'm starting to realize alot of people actually like the bullshyt aspects of this show. By bullshyt I mean it seems like some people wanting the group to just pull a 'somebody lunges Negan and the gang starts punching bad guys and they make an escape'. People even mad that Rick's bytch ass is humbled. Rick has been the worst leader he's just been lucking his way through shyt and getting alot of people killed because of his plans. Now he's not just going to luck his way through shyt. He's starting to realize he's not that smart. Couldn't just make a deal and join up, nope gotta fight shyt just to fight. "Rick would never knee"....they were completely outmanned and outgunned. And not by a few, they all were going to die if they tried to poke they chest out.

There are a few ways they could play this out.

Personally, I think Maggie should be the one who gets off'd. I think it would have the most damage (other than Judith). Daryl, Glenn, or Abe gettin' that Barry Bonds special would fukk em' up, but profoundly change them moving forward? Nah. I would LOVE to see what happens to Glenn should his wife (and child) get GOT. I mean, he JUST killed his first human. Such an event would turn him into a complete psychopath who won't give a fukk about someone's life.

rewatched the final scene again. when he was like "you....are.....".....the final shot ended on rick....but then you can see negan's shadow move to the right of the screen....which would be rick's left. the 4 people to rick's left were sasha, the homo, carl, and eugene. we know it's not carl. we know it's not eugene cause he signaled to his right when saying to cut carl's eye out. so it's down to sasha and the homo. and we already know who that's gonna be. he's by far the safest choice to make.

The key to me is the background behind Negan, Glenn and Daryl are furthest from the vehicles so they have a clear view of the woods. When Negan goes to swing there were no vehicles behind him.
