Is this a real question? I’ve seen some Asian women and men age well, but for the most part, no. The more melanin and thicker your skin the better you tend to age.
Asians are closer to white than black in skin tone. It’s why they sometimes tend to get lumped with whites in studies about aging and they’re never really called out the way black people are in research about aging:
