They don't need leaders, other groups have clear agendas and build with each other.
The only do black people do together is march, protest, mourn, aka nothing. As a people we have to be proactive, not reactive.

Yeah this. There's unions & organizations for various minority groups. There's also conferences where group agendas are discussed.
A couple organizations Asian American United, Asian American Alliance, Asian Law Caucus, American Israel Public Affairs Committee, & Orthodox Jewish Union. It's way more organizations these are few.

They make Threads like these or converse with others in real life and say this (something Ive yet to see) because they don't know a thing or much about other Nationalities and Ethnicities to speak on it.
