Who are the musclemen of Africa

For Europe it's obviously Germany and the Nordic countries while Japan is up there for East Asia. For Africa a lot of people say Nigeria and Ghana but i honestly think that it's people of Senegambian descent (people who are ethnically mandinka.... basically people who were part of the Songhai empire back in he day).
So in summary I think that Gambia, Guinea,Senegal,mali and parts of Nigeria (the parts with fula and mandinka people) are the musclemen of Africa. It has also been shown that a lot of African Americans are of Senegambian descent... this would explain why African Americans do really well at sports where you need to be explosive and fast (mandinka people tend to be cut with a lot of muscles... they are also fast af and jump high). I also bet that a lot of wide receivers in the NFL are of Senegambian descent.

Germany has never won a single medal ever in the Worlds Strongest Man. It's never won a single medal in Europe's Strongest Man either despite being by far the biggest Euro nation. It has no top comp nor does it have any worlds strongest men currently.

Eh. I'm not so sure. I mean, the people in these vids are exceptions to the rule. Most Fulas are skinny/tall muthafukkas. Now, look at the large numbers of Igbo football players and basketball players in America. One could say that Southern Nigerians (descendants of the Nok Culture) are pre-disposed for having huge athletic bodies.

In order to get this thread fully in order involving West Africa - we need to look at the differences among people from West Africa.

Broadly speaking people in West Africa are either Niger-Kordofanians, Nilo-Saharans or Afro-Asiatics.
Niger-Kordofanians basically encompass everyone who isn't Hausa, Mauretanian, Songhai, Kanuri or Tuareg.
Afro-Asiatics are largely Tuaregs and Hausa peoples.
Nilo-Saharans are mainly Songhai and Kanuri peoples

That being said, no African ethnic group is 'pure'. For example, there is a theory that the Hausa people (who speak an Afro-Asiatic language) or merely Nilo-Saharans who have taken on the cultural trappings of Afro-Asiatics. Moreover, even within these broad groupings there is a lot of diversity.

OP wishes us to assess the body-types of people who are Niger-Kordofanian. In particular he wishes us to examine the West Atlantic peoples like Wolof and Fula. However, the Mandinka are not included in that type of Niger-Kordofanian. Mandinka are Mande and are descended from people who domesticated rice thousands of years ago.
