Yeah. Davante was that dude for a few years. At his zenith he was definitely better than Evans in any year.
Adams did have Rodgers as his QB, but he also had THREE first-team all-pro selections. That shows you are elite and viewed as a top two WR at WORST in the NFL in terms of production. Mike Evans has never done that.
If someone wants to say Evans had a better career so far, sure, I'll listen. However, I view players with strong peaks and primes more than players that are just consistently very good. I guess you can say Evans has been "very very good", but I have never viewed him as truly elite.
