I don't see how the Bulls would make anybody's top five.

My top five are probably all in the West though, with an outside shot for Indiana if they can keep Stephenson and can get it together next season. We forget how good they looked before that implosion last season.

Edit: Forgot the Rockets lost Parsons, so I'd probably put Trailblazers fourth and the fifth is some kind of hybrid clusterfukk with Pacers/Rockets/Mavericks/Warriors
