Who can do this in black American leadership?

I watched this and thought to myself can this happen in an American city? Who has the pull to get 800 able black men on one accord to accomplish this task? Possibly a mega church pastor. All I could come up with was The Honorable Minister LF. Definitely not these politicians
Side note- u know how structurally sound that barn has to be to be handled like that? it’s dumb heavy.

This isn't as much a leadership thing as much as it is a community mentality. NOI folks would, I'm pretty sure a bunch of COGIC adherents would as well...what makes this stand out is moreso the commitment to non-tech traditions than anything.


Also folks who would do things like this tend not to care about social media.

Would it only be religious communities that could pull this off? Maybe a black fraternity
