Both of these is straight up and down grammy worthy albums. I been meaning to do an Oneirology Appreciation Thread for the last three weeks. A Piece of Strange is like the third album in my Southern Hip Hop Holy Trinity, sitting next to ATLiens and Soul Food.

Perfect concept albums wholly produced by- PRODUCED by one producer, as opposed to a producer making a bunch of beats and the artists' picking one or two.

These dudes is like a superrefined version of those MCs in that 90s-2000 southern album thread. How they haven't blown up (or at least gotten recognition of some sort) is wholly beyond the realm of my limited human understanding. :mindblown:

The fukked up thing about it is they never received a dime for the album which is sad. It had so many samples they said it would've cost about 3 million to clear everything. STill an amazing album though. Definitely a personal classic. Hell I loved Dirty Acres too.

:mindblown: holy shyt. I did not know that. Hell yeah Kno made them SUPER Sample heavy. PERFECTLY produced albums.
