At the 2:52 mark....and no I doubt its Jay for obvious reasons....ima say it was probaly LL if you think of the rappers he actually worked with,maybe he even meant Pac..........

I don't know biggies catalogue like the back of my hand,but I can't think of nobody he woulda been eager to work with I could see him thinkin was biters...or maybe he ended up deciding against doing the song and it could be anybody,did he work with anybody who had that "biter" tag?
