Yeah, both of em are for less than a gram, I fukked myself up wit the one in NC by not going to court but I had other press in matters to handle so . Shyt is stupid is fucc though, I lost a lil factory job I had in SC after I had been there for almost 3 months because they somehow overlooked the fact that I had a possession charge when they hired me (even though I disclosed it on the app)

I think the state I was in had alot to do with it too, i just recent moved to DC and I can already see the difference in how people with even serious records are looked at, in sc they were really trying to treat me like a career criminal, here they dont seem to give 2 shyts. In SC I got turned down for mad jobs because of a simple possession charge, the job I got here got cats that are still checkin in wit the P.O.'s make nice bank

Try a union, like laborers or electrical workers union. The only catch is you gotta network good when you get a job because when the jobs over you can be on the list to go to work for up to a year, maybe even longer. Get in good with your bosses and when the new jobs start they can call you up without you having to wait on the list. I have a gun charge so I always got skipped for any job I apply for. The laborers union fed me good for awhile. I started at 16 an hour and after a year and a half I was at almost 30 an hour. I got tired of it so I went back to school, I graduate next semester so hopefully that will get employers to look past my record. Has anyone actually seen the actual report of a background check? How much detailed information do they actually have?

I use to work for low income housing. Basically before you try to apply for a fixed income apartment you pass a credit check. Long story short the company I was working for "tells you there're doing a credit check" but they also do a criminal back ground as well.

Pretty much in a nut shell if I had your SS# I had access to you CC info,such as how many you have if your bad standing with them. Car loan,if you a house,and even your hospital bill.

And of course the criminal back ground check. One time I had to disqualify a dude cause he had a felony from like 1982 and caught other charge in jail for sodomizing somebody. can't crazy people like that living with hard working people.

Failed the background when they check them public records just change yo name and say fukk em

My nikkahs all do construction no background check required
