Who else rates/critiques their sexual performance during and after?

I've always looking to improve. Sometimes I freestyle and go with the flow. Other times I predetermine what positions I want to do and ones I want to avoid. I put a lot of strategy into it. And for the past several months I've asked for post set ratings (on a scale of 1 to 10). My last sexual encounter I was given an 8.5. My highest was a 10 (I made her cum twice), my lowest score was a 7.5 (I was dehydrated and she wasn't flexible which was a slight turn off, I just wasn't as motivated).
