He's one of the strangest basketball players ever, his playing making and passing ability is out of this world. He sees 2-3 steps ahead of the defense on his passing and his defense is world class. If he wasn't a euro a lot more people would be looking at him as arguably the best defending point guard or one the best. But at the same time he's so garbage at anything that has to do with putting the ball in the basket. 90% of this board could probably beat him in a layup drill, free throw, and 3 point shooting contest.

If it helps, the last 2-3 weeks he has been playing the best he has in the NBA so far and they're also winning.

It's mostly Wiggins and KAT, yet RR has played a role in it as well.

He's actually the perfect PG for them. Lob it into KAT or pass off to Wiggins and let him control the outcome of the play..while locking down on D.

Good passer but He should be much more aggressive considering he's 6'4

Lol no he's a pro.

Breh I don't think you seen him play enough. Him and Tony Allen are the only NBA players I've ever watched who I expect to miss wide open layups. He misses layups from angles that are damn near impossible to miss. Im not shyting you if your a male 6 ft and over and played basketball at any level you could beat rubio in a layup drill or shooting contest.

No but if he became a better spot up shooter, a la old Jason Kidd, then he wouldn't be a liability without the ball. He'd actually be starting caliber PG on a contender then.

He's a professional player. I seen Jared Jeffries raining three after three in shootaround. Stop underestimating pros. Rubio misses lay-ups against NBA defenses he's carving any average joe in any basketball skills contest.
