Breh the problem with your logic is you're asking "who is relevant?" when that's not relevant at all to your question. Most people don't know who Tech N9ne is, but he's worth around $10 mill as an indie artist.
So....does being "relevant" matter? Would you rather be relevant, or have $10 million? And before you say "both", that's virtually impossibly nowadays.
The same goes for Gibbs. If these rappers are living comfortably off their music who cares if they're "relevant" to the average person?
