His memory might be bottlenecking his performance. Not only that just cause someone has a higher numbered/newer processor doesnt mean its better than older ones for gaming.This is weird. On my cousin rig he can't play the game with textures set to insane or else there is massive stuttering. He has a fX6100, 4gb Ram and a 2GB gtx 660.
I have a FX4100 oc'd, 8gbram and a 2gb hd radeon 7870. I can play Titanfall at 1440p, 2xmsaa, textures on insane and it plays pretty much at a fluid 60fps with maybe a drop here and there during intense moments where it's not even that noticeable.
Also the game looks very clean with sweetfx added to it. I don't know what y'all talking about saying the gfx are terrible. It ain't the best but it's not bad to look at.
For instance an i5-3750k will beat almost all i7s in gaming performance except the 3770k and 3790k
