whats the deal on kindles?

i read mostly on my fone (using some of the sites mentioned in this thread lol)

on top of the price seeming too much just to present text, the amount of stuff i have to charge now is outrageous... phones, laptops, tablets, headphones, speakers, flashlights, watches etc etc i can keep goin. i dont wanna needlessly add to that if it aint nothing but another phone (so to speak) to lug around

Up....pass the mustard, reps and daps pending. Kindle books have gotten expensive for simply delivering an e-file. I know authors gotta eat, but I’m trying to step up my reading p, but not for $12-17 per book

You charge a Kindle once or twice a month.
