Who had the better promo game during the Attitude Era,Austin or Rock?

Austin seemed like he was talking more than cutting a promo and it came off more natural. Rock was a beast but after a while he relied on the catchphrases a little too much for me.

Extremely hard one here. Rock probably has more and memorable promos for me, but I can't get with a lot of his shyt that I thought was hilarious when I was 12-15.

Some of Austin's shyt isn't as memorable to me because as a kid I just wanted to and keep it moving, but now it's status. Austin's shyt definitely held up better for me because most of it wasn't on some jokey joke haha shyt. Like some dudes said, Stone Cold legit had a 11 year old me thinking Tyson was about to catch the fade

Rock's arrogance back then was kind of funny (when we were young preteens/teens) but, come on. Austin is probably promo guy to ever do it.
