New years resolutions are for failures. If you have a goal, start today and practice on disciplining yourself to be consistent with making an effort. Even if you fukk up, get back into it. A setback doesnt mean quitting or giving up completely. Take little goals. Im trying to write in my journal everyday and eventually practice my music instruments and getting fully back into art. I got plenty of time.
