who would you rather be glad to say you witness in their prime, im thinking who is the official boss of the two. im with you in kanye garners more attention than jay easily jay is boring, but jay is making bigger moves so it seems. im not sure if his still continueing getting 00.25% while being endorsed i still think beyonce makes more money but its better for their image if jay is propped as a billionaire.

After every artist dies, someone will regard them as the best artist of all time, ie look at X, Nip, Mac. A lot of younger people prolly would resonate with Ye more because of his current involvement with younger artists ie lil pump, 070 shake, YMW Melly

i think the thing that seperates the two the most the real reason for the rivalry is both of these shallow men dont care about black fame they want white mainstream adoration. i think kanye gets that more on his own merit he even boosted kim kardashian while jay does not he needs beyonce and he even bought her down to being a novelty.

i vote kanye west, only time will tell but he will be clearly a new gen icon like elvis jim hendrix and them. jay will never be that but if david bowie can do it through pure threatrics then i understand jays hair-do and odd stunts, its about legacy.

kanye west got the better legacy, in my opinion.

Jay Z is no doubt bigger, the bigger celebrity and has more presence.

But in terms of who has influenced the culture more? I’d have to say its Kanye.

People forget the other great thing Kanye did - he’s broken black stereotypes that you have to rap about money, drugs and hoes. His creativity is on another level and I believe he has more “prestige” than Jay Z

Both are up there, I’m just not a fan of JZ who isn’t extraordinary in any one thing. Right place, right time, good business moves.

i dont think jay owns one business where he can make total decision, thats not quite boss.

kanye runs more of good music, imagine telling nas and pusha 7 songs each. wtf he must be influential.
