I'm not sure exactly when but Kobe broke his right hand/wrist in one of his early years and then proceeded to work on his left hand:lift: I remember him coming back from that injury and doing all sorts of left handed shots:bryan:

Some o those guys are naturally left handed so it shouldn't count

There is no way anybody can watch all of the NBA teams and come away with any answer other than Mike Conley Jr. He's the closest thing to a purely ambidextrous basketball player I have EVER seen.

There are plenty of other players with great off hands though... David Lee, Chris Kaman, Kobe Bryant obviously, LBJ, Steve Nash... on the low Vince Carter and Nate Robinson. Really, a lot of these guys would beat even a very good to great D1 player in one-on-one only using their off hand.
