If you're talking mechanics then it's klay. His shot is textbook. Steps shot looks like a push shot at times.

Klay does have an ugly jumper, he has to be 100% squared up and it looks robotic.

Steph has a quicker shot that's more of a free form, and it's easier for him to pull up at any given moment with it

To answer the OP, Klay's shot is probably more textbook. You can't teach a kid how to release it as fast as Steph does. He has the quickest release you'll probably ever see which means only him and his brother can do it. And if you look at Seth's 3 point numbers in the d-league they're off the charts too. Klay's shot is how to teach your son to shoot.
