well apparently you are trying to impress somebody by saying you wouldn't rock "fake" stuff for a cheaper price and only buying "genuine" merchandise you can afford. which probably isn't much. so you can't really impress anybody in the first place.

I have a couple and you really can't tell the difference between these newer fakes and legit pairs you buy from Foot Locker, Champs, etc. Now back in the early 2000's it was a different story. I don't really buy Jay's anymore anyways but 99% of my kicks are legit.
