Interesting fighting style originated in the East Coast by black ex-Karate fighters, street fighters, boxers, and other black martial artists combining their styles in prison it appears to have died off tho

Anyone know of this and can fight in this style?

To an extent isn't it just the Philly shell with some elbows thrown in? If so, I’ve pulled this out a few times. I recommend throwing some knees into it if you opponent is that unbalanced

Im a southpaw .. so my lead leg is always an advantage most nikkas fight left handed but don’t have balance when they are right handed it’s strange as shyt
