Who in your opinion is the most underrated talent currently in the WWE?

Would be easy to say Cesaro, but I'll say Rusev instead. He's proven he can be an all around dude. He can go in the ring and has a distinct style, distinct look, can talk, and both be serious and comedic without being so over the top. He has a lot of subtle nuances no matter what type of character he's playing. Could be doing way more than what he has been doing, which is mostly being made to look goofy. The feud with Dolph Ziggler was a major thing in doing that.
From an In Ring Standpoint, I'll always say Kofi. Dude NEVER has a bad TV Match, and has been consistent in that and somehow staying over for a decade despite them never doing anything with his character from the end of the Orton feud til New Day finally happened. If he never gets his Gold Watch World/Universal Title Reign, it'll be some bullshyt considering Swagger, Khali, Bray, and a shyt ton of other heatless wonders have had 1 reign to their names.
I have to agree, im one of the few who always has kofi's back on the coli, and never bailed on the guy. Kofi kingston is great.
I'll oddly add BRAUN STROWMAN
We know he has been pushed serious but low key, this dude has everything to be an all time great. Size, agility, mic skills and intimidation...he could be literally the future of WWE if they stay behind him. He is one of those guys where im like "this dude is the future" as soon as it started to click. He isnt monster-of-the-month, or JTTS...he is of the sid / brock / generational giant mold.

Yeah I think Cesaro might be under appreciated by management, but he's rated pretty fairly imo
Rusev though has loads of personality to be more of a star than what he is
Hopefully he comes to Smackdown

Tyler Breeze is the most underrated. I can't really say people like Bray or Rusev cause they have held titles, Bray just defended the strap at wrestlemania and Rusev had a big push. Tyler breeze is treated and booked to look like some Curt Hawkins, Jinder Mahal level guy and he is better than that, much better than that.
