Truly beleives he's the greatest wrestler alive. Beleives he's the best talker alive. Believes he deserves to be champion, 100% of the time, even though he had the longest run of the era. Has a little-man complex. Thinks he's a victim of circumstance and is being held back, when in reality he's had ample help and favors. CM Punk is upset that he doesn't main event wrestlemania when he doesn't draw ratings, let alone PPV buys; he is truly a mark for himself.
Bret the Hitman Hart-
To him, "The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be" is a SHOOT. He brags about his accomplishments, all of which were eclipsed by steve austin and the rock as soon as he left the fed, and lamented over an imaginary screwjob for over a decade. Bret hart refused to drop the belt in Canada, not even in his home town, just in the COUNTRY he's from, because...well because he is a mark for himself and forgets that this whole thing is a WORK. According to scott hall, in his house is nothing but shrines to himself and posters and paintings of him in "the sargent pepper jacket". Creepy really. He puts over nobody outside of the young members of his 'family' who aren't even blood related, and buries everybody eles.

Lies about everything in his life to make his mythos seem bigger. While he might be a GOAT draw, he is a WOAT worker and buried everyone who got in his path to benefit himself. His hulktales started in an effort to make the ghost story of Hulkamania real life....
