On the whole, white people. With that said, the two most anti-racist/homophobic/sexist people I ever met were a white man from Colorado, and another from Alabama. They both told me how much they hated seeing other white men act like a$$holes.

One was my wrestling coach/AP US History teacher and the other was my computer science instructor. Both great people.
