I actually really liked the last Ghost Rider. But the guys is nuts. I remember in National Treasure he had those glasses with the extra lens. I'm pretty sure he improvised the line when he said "It appears to be some sort of, ocular device." Like wtf. He's the smartdumb cat of movies.

This shyt from his time doing Ghost Rider was the best though:
