I'd say the policeman. Were they blocking an intersection or road? I need a little more backstory with this

this is how they pray... no matter where they are... point to mecca and all of that... I mean the middle of the street is too much but still they shouldnt be beaten for it :dead:

Agreed. I had a coworker who used to do that by his cubicle every day, rug and all! So I get it. I was just curious to see if they were blocking a busy intersection or street. Doesn't justify them kicking them or hitting them, just for context. Like was it a bunch of cars in traffic while they blocking the street?

Nobody should be beaten for their religious beliefs (within reason of course) and I fully agree with that

It’s kind of like when do religious freedoms go too far that people take advantage of it?

People saying in the comments it makes India out to be a intolerant or “Islamophobic” country but imagine this happen in like Japan or China

Depends on the “law of the land”
