People from Louisiana don't lump up all AAs with the rest of them AAs....our rice dishes are Jordan status.

Dirty Rice > Jambalaya > Etouffe > Gumbo > Red Beans > the rest of these races and ethnic groups and Negroes and Negro adjacent.
