I'll be 42 this year, been on here since '12, was on SOHH for 3yrs prior to here. Things I miss about younger days is being bill-free. I can remember being 18 running around chasing females and car window shopping with my homies. We all had pagers, just getting into cell phones.

I mentioned it before, people were a lot more social back then, no smartphones to consume your attention. Especially clubs back then, you went and danced with almost any woman you wanted to, they even played slow jams. Nowadays its loud wierd music, the glow of the cell phone screens, everybody huddled together like a support team.

I'm sharper and wiser towards women and dating, easy to see things/potential red flags. Have a much better outlook with finances especially sorting out wants and needs.

most people pretty much look the same as they did in their 20s in their 40s if they eat right and are active daily

I've seen men and women in their 40s who could easily pass for someone in their early 20s

however it seems like very few people make it out of their 5th decade without coming out looking wrinkly by the time they hit 60

the 50s seems to be the killer and it's senior citizen status after that until science figures out a way to reverse aging

cause praying for change certainly won't help, nobodies listening

if u want to avoid being flabby and sick with dementia start donating to stem cell research that focuses on anti aging. More specially "nad+"
