Not so much from a legal standpoint, as it’s clear who’s going to wear that hat- but if you had the power to decide, who do you think should be at fault?
From what I can tell, this small gray car was stopped for some reason, possibly waiting to make a left
In that same moment, black Jaguar was pulling out of the parking lot
And at this point it’s just speculation but, based off the still frames, a third car(pictured) moving at a high rate of speed unexpectedly came up on the gray car(not pictured)
They swerved to their right to avoid squarely rear-ending the gray car but they still side-swiped it going by, as you can tell by the damage on the passenger side of the gray car
The third car then bounced off of side-swiping the gray car and careened into the black Jaguar that was pulling out of the parking lot
If I had to decide, I’d hold the third car at fault. It’s easy to initially be mad at the driver of the Jaguar for pulling out at 2mph with his sh*tty rims just for pics, but, that didn’t contribute to the accident in any way shape or form. The Jag could’ve pulled out of the lot at a normal speed and still they would’ve been hit because of how fast the third car was traveling.
