For the most part, in my 28 years of life experience, women have told me (directly to my face) that women slut shame them the most.
Real life example:
I've mentioned the JuicyCampus.com scandal that Vanderbilt and other colleges (a lot of colleges) went through. This was a website where you could enter someone's name and say good things about them like how good they were in bed, or bad things about them like... how bad they were in bed.
The website basically became a place for women to do nothing but slut shame each other. It go so bad that women were in fist fights almost everyday on campus for weeks straight (no bullshyt). Eventually they blocked the url, contacted the site owners to remove vanderbilt from the listing, and checked all the devices that were giving juicycampus the most traffic.
It was primarily women, big surprise.
A man, even if you curve him, is not that likley to go to all your friends and tell them that you are a slut, its just not worth all the effort for most brehs. Plus, he would look stupid. Even when brehs tell other brehs in anger that a girl is a slut, they usually get laughed at.
But a woman... a friend of a friend of a friend's best friend, will go spread shyt about your sexual life to people who don't even know who you are.
Even on the light-hearted side, my sister and all her doctor associates refer to reach other as thots, tricks, bytches, hoes all the time (in a joking manner). I dont even think I have the word "bytch" in my vocabulary.
This really shouldn't even be a debate
