Two of the most milked franchises in modern times. Same recycled bullshyt every year for a full $60 dollar price tag. Damn, the industry really turned you nikkas into slaves. Assassins Creed stopped being relevant after Brotherhood, and CoD has been irrelevant for the longest motherfukking time unless that's the only game you know about.

This review by a nikka who knows what's up sums up the state of both franchises quite frankly.



There are so many innovative, original, and endearing games out there that are half the price (or less) of these rehashes, it just pains me to see so much money go to waste on them, and of course they keep making them because nikkas keep buying them. I hear Ubisoft has planned the end of Assassins Creed, but I don't buy that. I think they'll continue to make them until the end of time. Did y'all just now get into gaming last generation or something, because it seems like these are the only two franchises most nikkas know about, like what the fukk is up. Stop supporting these lazy rip offs and support more interesting games so we get more of them.

ACIV Black Flag was a pretty awesome game, however yes the gameplay was pretty stale in the player controlled areas.

But the ship combat and traversal was great. Graphics and island/environment design was pretty cool.

What do you think of him? He often has some stupid reasons for disliking certain games and I don't like how he calls himself the leader of the black gaming community while completely ignoring certain genres and companies in favor of mainstream bullshyt, but he makes a couple of good points now and then. I stopped following him a little while back though when I realized he wasn't going to review much that interested me anymore. If he's going to run a gaming news website, he needs to do better or at least hire people with more diverse tastes than he has, or it's never going to get off the ground.

People who say that about Black Flag pretty obviously didn't play it, I feel. The pirate theme/aspects of the game were incredible and really have an amazing sense of adventure.

Of course, I pirated it after garbage ass AC3 tho. Wasn't about to get got again.

His criticisms were silly, but the point of me posting that vid is to show you that not everyone has to like the game just because

A. It makes minor improvements over past entries.

B. It adds a few new gameplay elements.

I still see it as a rehash, and I'm far from the only one. But what does it matter, these games will continue to get 10/10's every year because nobody wants to take a stand against overpriced rehashes, or maybe all of us gamers have just been collectively dumbed down and brainwashed into thinking what games are truly the best.

I play both. Black Flag is my first assassins creed game and I love it. Like the other breh said, the ship battling is really fun.

It's hard to take his verdict seriously.

"If you've always wanted to be a pirate as a kid, pick this game up."

A lot of people loved the naval battles in AC3 so I dunno wtf kind of verdict is that.

COD is officially Guitar Hero status and they might as well call the next one Call of Duty 2K15. I passed up on Ghosts after barely playing the last few years.

I never played a single Assassin's Creed game before but Black Flag does look intriguing and I might buy it used off Amazon one day
