I may have it soon, can guarantee my girlfriend’s roomate has it - though she hasn’t been tested - and my girlfriend is coming to see me in a few weeks. :francis:

Mightve had it when I had mild fever that escalated to high fever. heard high fever is usually not a symptom but :manny: I called my doc back and he was like, youre already isolated and it sounds more like flu than rona. Just stay home for two weeks. I did :manny: fever was gone in couple of days. have some phlegm in my throat in the mornings sometimes but it seems fine. I refused to see my parents in these two weeks to make sure they dont catch it.

I never had coughing issues, and Im a vaper/smoker. So I wasnt about to get tested anyway here in cali.

I live and work in Orange County, CA. I’m very close to the airport and am regularly among tons of people from China and other infected countries. So many people in the area have been traveling extensively for Chinese New Year and other stuff and had been coming in and out with no scrutiny before any travel bans started.

I got sick in early Feb with something I’ve never had before and am hearing about more and more people in my area who got sick in recent months who were diagnosed with colds, flus, etc.

Until last week, the media had pumped out info that you really weren’t at risk for the Rona unless you had been overseas or were very close to someone who had. Now that we know that isn’t the case, how many of us can assume we already had this? How many of us are those asymptomatic people who feel no effects?

It seems weird that this isn’t really being talked about :patrice: Is it not being considered or do we just not want people to let their guard down?

I haven’t had anything with a cough. I had the flu but no cough/breathing problem so I don’t think I had it yet

:yeshrug:
I will say this before Covid Rona a lot of people was saying this was a horrible flu year. I think people had a earlier version or the environment that led to that horrible flu also led to covid evolving.

Think I had it in February. Had what I initially thought was a regular cold, but had a heavy cough that lasted almost two weeks to go
Along with it. No fever even though I felt like I did, no aches, but eventually got better by drinking Hot teas and taking DayQuil/NyQuil :yeshrug:

Gang violence...
sore throat, runny nose, slightly swollen tonsil on left side, and a sinus infection that caused tooth pain on the left side. it has mostly gone away but the tonsil is still a little swollen and swallowing is still slightly uncomfortable sometimes. even though i interact with people everyday, nobody has ever gotten sick during this period so i may not have had it but in all my life i have never had a sinus infection before until a couple weeks ago, so the timing is interesting...
never saw a doctor, dealt with it with stuff i already had on hand. almost back to normal now

I may be part of the 20% that never gets it. "Social distancing" is a way of life for me.

as long as your respiratory system is straight chances are its not rona or your immune system was able to fight it off and not get it to your lungs. thats good news. knock on wood.
