This type of protesting is stupid as fukk. You should protest at law makers houses,downtown areas, stores and restaurants also at police stations, etc but this standing in the street shyt is stupid. It doesn’t endear anyone to your cause.
But does the one dude on the left trying to open a door , give you the right to run over women further ahead on the road who had nothing to do with the first dude?
If the car had only run over the guy beside the door, itd be a good arguement; but the collateral damage garuntees a long prison sentence. Furthermore; every car on earth has the option to reverse. And there were no obstructions behind that car.

Driver’s fault . The driver intentionally drove towards the protesters.
In a jury’s eyes, they could’ve been opening the door to “try and help” a person who had a stroke and lost control of the vehicle.
Only good excuse for the driver to drive off like that is to say he felt threatened but he provoked it so idk
