I agree with Low Ki/Kaval...i mean dude had in ring talent for sure...ALL of his charisma was in the ring though. Homie had a Tay Zonday Chocolate Rain voice and looked real uncomfortable any time he had to speak or do something on camera

He did get to spend quality time with LayCool though :manny:

He was improving with laycool or finally showing what WWE did not know how to incorporate accurately.
WWE missed out on a guy who could have been used to give the WWE a higher technical matt based workrate than WWE me smashmouth style dialed back.

He was excellent in the bdc, excellent.
Which showed the WWE did not know what to do with talent, again.

Roderick Strong, dude is just fukking bland. His move set seems like it was created by a kid playing a wrestling game. roderick strong is just :russell: all around

Now, I hate Roderick strong and he never ramped when he needed to.
when wwe raided roh in the first incarnation of rohrv on directv.
Dude is so bad, that after being erroneously given the roh tv title.
Just because imo, they want to have someone white have a belt in roh.
Strong goof ass still won't elevate the title and covers it up coming to ring..like he is above the title downgrading how much of a heightened draw jay lethal made the tv title.
Which is a disservice to the promotion and the title.
Plus, when will this fool lift a fukk'n weight..he has not developed not one physical attribute visually as a grappler and it shows cause all his moves of doom to the finish are botched cause he is not strong at all.
shyt is a troll joke with just his name for starters.

fukk Roderick strong

I loathe when his huff ass come on the screen.

Honestly I gotta update my list. Cabana doesn't suck at all but was he even on the "santino Marcella" level of comedy wrestlers? Jay lethal as black machismo was better and that was before he came of age

Colt cabana is an excellent worker and should have been brought into the WWE to team with santino to predste hell no as a comedy tag that could have drawn.
Cobana is an excellent worker and should have been given more.

Tedy Hart just was arrogant and had some demons, still I think he's a great wrestler. With better guidance, he could've been in the Dolph Ziggler spot.

I'd like to add Takeshi Morishima to the list. Never understood why he was so "hot" in ROH. To me, he was a fat fukk who could wrestle strong style, but there are 100's of wrestlers who could do that AND had more charisma.

Oh, and Colt Cabana, as mentioned above.
I couldnt stand that unathletic cart wheeling clotheslining lame Morishima. Low ki was my dude. I was a big fan of him and jack evans.

Points made about Low Ki are true. I remember going to the ROH shows in jersey during the mid 2000's. I remember seeing a dvd of Low Ki getting pissed because he lost to one of the briscoes. I don't know if it was suppose to happened. And the whole locker room went crazy.

One of my favorite matches

Really? Well, maybe the only thing I enjoyed from Chikara was King of Trios, when he brought all kinds of great and wacky teams from around the world (Johnny Saint, Manami Toyota... Hell, the first time I heard about Daisuke Sekimoto was in one of those) and he was surely losing a lot of money in the process. Now KoT is mostly a lot of locals (Probably the same 15 dudes in different masks) and two or three outsider teams.

Apart from that, his comic book meta booking almost never appealed to me. But he has a bunch of people drinking the kool-aid and defending his stuff so kudos to him, I guess :ehh:

The BDK angle was fukking great, and the final Cibernetico match was awesome :manny:

Quack's wacky world is too much for me too, but I respect that he has a vision in mind and books accordingly. It's aimed to a niche of a niche, but it has established rules and own world. Not my cup of tea, but impressive as hell imo :obama:

Some wrestlers work stiff. Ever heard of strong style? About the psychology, Somehow you were keeping up with my posts but not actually taking them in.

Yes. It doesn't exist breh, that's not a style, just a promotional tag line used by Inoki for New Japan in the 70's that stuck for eternity.

ps: I know what you mean, but I'm having my own personal crusade against "strong style" being used as a real thing when it's not :yeshrug:

Great character. Weird ass wrestler, don't know why he insists on having video game matches, at this point he should've learned, no?

Kevin Steen is in the same trickle down position of power.
That rhyno had when no talent was left on ecw tv.
The only difference is, steen actually created the best heel baby face feud of the decade arguably on the indy's with el generico
Which, eventually lead both to doing what was the impossible.
Which was getting a WWE contracts.
despite both being completely out of the ordinary physique wise.
When compared to typical big is better WWE standards.
