As a AZ Cardinals fan, I'm biased.

I remember we had a D Lineman by the name of Eric Swann.Till this day, STILL the strongest dude I've ever seen on a football field.

He was such a specimen, the Cards chose him #6 overall despite the fact that he didn't play college football. They discovered him in a semi-pro league. He was the first non-collegiate player to be selected in the NFL Draft since 1946.

His career went to shyt because of knee issues, but when he was healthy, he'd rag doll whole offensive lines. They used to have to triple team this dude.He was so physically dominant, it became a detriment to his career. The only way teams could stop him was by doing dirty shyt like trying to take out his knees. He complained about O lineman "going low" on him all the time.It was the only way to stop this guy.

He was the Larry Allen of defensive linemen.

He's so low key, it's crazy! can't even find clips of him on youtube, but I remember watching him as a kid---just blowing O lines up---graphic, violent shyt.

Very strange career.Had he stayed healthy & played for a more "prestigious" team like the Cowboys or Steelers...there's no doubt in my mind he'd be in the running for GOAT D Lineman

Yeah I met a guy who played against Wilt, he said he also had near world class speed
after retiring from basketball.. i heard he started running marathons and shyt.. dude was a freak of nature

i don't care what the hell height advantage you got... the toll on your body to AVERAGE 50 plus... multiple times.. we'll NEVER see that again

there will be 10 michael jordans before we ever see a player with wilt's numbers

I read that Michael Phelps was physically built to be more aerodynamic in water than everyone else, as in he was deformed in a way that made him move through water faster than the competition. If you consider swimming a sport. :yeshrug:
i think i heard that on espn during the olympics

something about his long torso and arms vs his short stocky legs.. if you think about it that's how some fish are built.. little fin pushing a bigger weight up top\
