Andy Reid in KC and it wouldn't be that close. KC has a pretty good squad, all they need is top QB, which they will likely get and a top flight runningback, and a couple of WR's the defense is good and they have a solid O-Line, so the core pieces are there.

Me and one of my bros were discussing this the other day as to how
at Kansas City's record. Them nikkas have TALENT (they have like 4 or 5 pro bowlers), all they need is a decent QB and coach and they're good, especially in the weak ass AFC west.While the Eagles are going to be going through an ugly but necessary rebuilding phase.

Depends. How do you measure success? Just wins and losses?
They are both on struggling teams. I would say you look at all aspects of their game and see if there was improvement compared to the previous regular season. Did offense gain more yards per play or per game. Did defense hold back offense to X of points per game? How much better did special teams fare?
I think Andy Reid will not take KC to the Super Bowl but there will be improvements in different aspects of the KC team compared to this season. I think we'll see closer games and Vegas will not have as big of a spread against their opponents for each game.
It is harder to foresee how Chip Kelly will do. There's a lot of excitement with a new/smarter coach but he's got to work his plans with his existing players. It is better to evaluate team rebuilding efforts on a 2-season basis.

Where are they going to get this top QB?
They have the players on defense the problem is that when you don't score points or even stay on the field, their defense gets worn out. If Andy can get the offense going it should give their D a breather because they have the personnel. Jim Harbaugh essentially had the same personnel but his improvement on offense made the defense better (aside from Vic Fangio doing a good job as well)
The Chiefs will be contenders to get Geno Smith but even if they end up with Matt Barkley, it's still an upgrade from Matt Cassel. They are also served by a weak division. The only good team is the Broncos and I'd be surprised if they could repeat at that level.
