It's a 3 team race to me, between Pistons/Knicks/Cavs. If C's get Tatum back, them as well but even with them being the #2 seed without him, I don't see them going past the 2nd round without him. 76ers/Raptors/Magic are teams that can make the ECF, but nothing past that too me

Knicks are gonna have to figure out their Detroit problem. The issue with that is there are no more regular season meetings between the 2 and no other team really plays like Detroit, so there's really nothing they can gauge them against.

Knicks did impress me vs Spurs yesterday.

With the deadline deals, the East looks a whole lot better than it did prior. Vuc, Alvarado & Harden.

I love how Detroit didn't make any crazy moves, even though they could have. They seem confident that they have enough, as they should.

To me Detroit is still to young and may need to take some lumps before they are ready to take the next step. Cleveland is iffy until they prove otherwise. If Tatum comes back the it's the Celtics for me. If not then the Knicks cause if they can't get out of the East this year they might not ever have a better chance with the core they have now.

The pistons will win. They play tough, gritty basketball, that’s what wins in the playoffs. I’d rather face the Celtics if I’m in the pistons than the Knicks tbh, I think they’d beat Celtics in 6
