The LeBron team is the worst of all of them - no perimeter shooting whatsoever. It would be a physically dominant team, but they would get shredded by the others, especially that Kobe team because of their perimeter shooting.

I'd like to say that the Kobe team is the best simply because it's the most balanced. Each player is playing their respective position, and Kobe, Bird and Paul would be able to spread the floor from the perimeter. That would leave Duncan and Kareem to do work in the post. They are clearly better than the LeBron team and more balanced than the Magic team. However, that Jordan team has an ATG scoring back court, and all-time great defensive front court. While they aren't as balanced as the Kobe team, I like them because they have the dominant scoring. Any one of those players will give you 40 points on a night. They also have some of the best one on one players of all time and solidly defensive front court to support their explosively scoring back court. You could only shut down one of Jordan, Wade and Iverson on a given night. The other two will give you 30 or 40 points a piece, and even then, the one that you "shut down" is still putting up 20. I'll give them the slight edge over the Kobe team.

Team magic.
Basketball is all about matchups right?

Let's take the Magic team vs the Jordan team. Off the bat we can see it's a game of size and length vs speed and quickness. On the defensive end, the most obvious match up is Jordan on Magic. It's also a match up that we have seen before. Magic can score, but he's not a go-to scorer and would do more facilitating for the hypothetical team. Jordan's job would simply be to play good one on one defense and corral him for Wade and Iverson to play the passing lanes. Easier said than done.

Wade on the other hand will play Durant one on one with Iverson or Jordsn occasionally offering help defense and double teams. Durant will get his points regardless of who is guarding him, but you can limit his touches and frustrate him. What you would do is force Pippen into being the primary scorer. Those are the odds the Jordan-led team could live with as Pippen is not a dominant scorer. They have the foot speed where they would still be able to challenge a shot put up on rotation.

I said earlier, you are looking at an all time great defensive front court in Robinson and Hakeem. We are talking about two of the greatest shot blockers in the history of the game. Wilt and AD will be limited in what they can do. They will still get boards and points but not in a dominant fashion. All in all those are tough assignments for team Jordan, but they would still be able to hold their own.

Where I see them having the advantage is on the other end. Let's start at the front court. Anthony Davis is a pup and would not be able to handle a prime Hakeem and his myriad of post moves. He would treat the boy. If you bring help with Wilt, we have seen David Robinson put up 71 points before (in an era of dominant big men) :mjcry:. You bring Magic to help, then Jordan goes off for 50. Like Durant, you are not going to stop a prime Wade from scoring buckets. KD has the length, but a prime Wade is getting to the bucket at will, particularly when you have to contend with two of the other quickest players to ever play the game in MJ and Iverson. The speed advantage they would have would be problematic for the wing players of the other team. So much slashing their opponents would feel like they were in a Robert Rodriguez movie :wow:. I could see the Magic team taking them to 6 games, but that's about it.

Let's not even get started on that LeBron James team. 4 of those players live in the paint and the other is a slasher. They would get in each other's way. And we are talking about 5 players that have the potential to be hot heads. That team would have the WOAT chemistry. The team that would give the Jordan team problems is the Kobe team with all that perimeter shooting and high IQ basketball, but I'm still giving the Jordan team the advantage due to dominant scoring. :yeshrug:

All in my humble opinion of course.

Jordan, Hakeem and Iverson are top 12 players in career steals. Wade is a top 30 player in steals per game. All 5 players are in the top 50. Imagine the fast breaks brehs.

Hakeem and Robinson are top 4 players in blocks per game. Defense on top of dominant scoring brehs. :ohlawd:

Wades also one of the best shot blocking guards of all time, having 700+ career blocks (most of anyone 6'4 and under).

:blessed:

The defense of team Jordan is too real, they get my vote.
