)True, it is kind of a hard one to call. Because you'd assume Pun initially but obviously Nas can't be underestimated either. Nas definitely feels like more of a songwriter than a battler though. But Pun was pretty ferocious on the mic.

Yeah I think so too, I used to think Pun by quite a way but after more listens over the years was closer than I thought, but just Pun to me. Yeah Pun seemed to have that in him more. They both were obviously skilled though so would have been a good competition.
not sure if i would call it one of the best diss tracks ever. moreso one of the best of the 2000s.
either way, it was kind of a fluke record, and he went against a guy that isnt much of a battle cat either.
thats why he dipped out of the camron beef that HE started. same thing with him calling our state property but dipped out when they responded(he gets a pass for that one tho, since it was really jay's beef).
