who would you say is the goat artist?

i bought "what's goin' on" for like the 20th time yesterday and got to thinkin' about just how brilliant and relevant this album still is today. that album is perfect from start to finish. i'd even argue that's it's the goat album

then it also had me wonderin' if mavin was the goat but then i started thinkin' about how talented and significant jimi hendrix and bob marley were


technically speakin' it's all subjective and a matter of opinion but would you say marvin is the goat? if not him, then who? which artist's music do you like the most of these 3, marvin gaye, jimi hendrix or bob marley? do you consider "what's goin' on" to be the goat album? what you say?

Never been much of a fan of either of those three, but I would pick Jimi Hendrix. Music for every mood, and I like the guitar. It is especially nice to hear his open-air performances.
